SPORTS AND FACILITIES

Permanent sports in the centre: Athletics (Distance Running),Bobsled/Skeleton (Off season training) Paralympic Cycling, Fencing (Men's Epee), Gymnastics (Men's Artistic), Judo, Modern Pentathlon, Shooting, Paralympic Swimming, Triathlon, Weightlifting, and Wrestling.

Sport facilities: The Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center is one of four training centers in the United States, others are located in Lake Placid, New York, Chula Vista,california and Marquette, Michigan. Gyms: 6 flexible-use gyms, gymnastics gym, judo/taekwondo gym, boxing gym, wrestling gym, weight lifting gym, and a strength and conditioning gym. Velodrome: 333.3M 33 degrees banked. Shooting Ranges: Twenty nine 50 M ranges for rifle and pistol, eight 25M bays for rapid-fire shooting, four 10M running target rifle ranges, seventy two 10M air rifle/air pistol, outdoor trap and skeet ranges available off-complex. Aquatics Center: 50M/25M pool.

Support services: Both departments are headquartered at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center.

The Athlete Services Center is located on the Colorado Spring Olympic Center complex. This service provides athletes with internet access, career planning, performance enhancement seminars, life skills seminars, and coaches programs.

Many athletes and teams, including international guests, visit to train and rehab for a few days to several months at a time.
